Many people will grieve her loss in a more personal manner, having known her. I would have liked to know her. I'm sad that she's gone. I'll honor her husband's wish by buying one of her books, and I invite others to join me in this.

Honoring Eugie Foster
Eugie Foster has passed.
I never met her, and I only ever read one of her books (Returning My
Sister's Face: And Other Far Eastern Tales of Whimsy and Malice). I thought her mind sparkled, her imagery was luminous,
and the emotions she wrote about came across clearly.
Many people will grieve her loss in a more personal manner, having known her. I would have liked to know her. I'm sad that she's gone. I'll honor her husband's wish by buying one of her books, and I invite others to join me in this.
